About me

Hi, I’m Kat, a proud mother of three boys. I’ve always had a passion for helping others become the best versions of themselves and achieve their goals. My journey began with teaching swimming, a role I started as a teenager and continued throughout my children’s upbringing.

After the birth of my first son, I experienced post-natal depression and found that anti-depressants weren’t for me. This led me to my first Usui Reiki attunement in 2005, marking the beginning of my healing journey. The sense of calm I felt was transformative for me. My children, when they were young, would often ask for my “magic hands” to help them when they felt unwell or overwhelmed.

In 2012, I received my Level 2 Reiki certification and began using Reiki recreationally for friends, family, and self-healing. My passion for healing continued to grow, leading me to train in Crystal Healing and eventually become a Reiki Master. Crystal Healing has allowed me to harness the natural energies of crystals to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being in those I work with.


I have expanded my training to include Sekhem healing, Angelic Reiki and Devine Feminine Reiki. This has enriched my practice, allowing me to offer different healing experiences to those I work with. I am also able to teach Usui, Sekhem and Angelic Reiki.


I firmly believe in lifelong learning and personal development. Currently, I’m pursuing a Higher Level Diploma in CBT Hypnotherapy to further assist people with confidence issues, habits, and phobias. One area I’m particularly interested in is helping individuals overcome their fear of water. My greatest joy comes from seeing the positive changes in the lives of those I help, whether it’s through Reiki, Crystal Healing, Sekhem, or hypnotherapy.

  • 40 minutes: £40

Cancellation Policy:

  • 48-hour notice: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Late cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee of up to 50% of the session cost.

  • No-shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice may be charged the full session fee.
